Welcome to the home of TWiki.Clusters.
The following are referred to as "HCI-centric" clusters to allow for cross-cutting ideas but with a focus on users. These clusters are currently made up of existing courses, but could trigger ideas for new courses. Please feel free to change or add anything as these are very rough ideas.
Note: the clusters on Collaboration++ and Active Learning look more like what I had envisioned clusters being. The others are much more diffuse-- as a rule of thumb, I think of a cluster as something where you take all of the designated courses in order to become an "expert" in that cluster.

HCI-Centric Clusters
Human-Information Interaction (HII)
This cluster focuses on how "human beings interact with, relate to, and process information regardless of the
medium connecting the two" (Lucas, 2000). Emphasis is placed on the theory and evaluation of interactions with information and systems.
